1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Oxford SBM website and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About Oxford SBM
Oxford School of Business & Management ("Oxford SBM") is a private executive education institution registered in England, operating from Park End Street, Oxford OX1 1HP, United Kingdom.
3. Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt service integrity, scrape content in violation of these terms, or misuse forms and communications.
4. Programme applications and enrolment
Submission of a programme enquiry or application does not constitute an offer of admission. Admission is confirmed only through a written offer issued by Oxford SBM Enrolment and acceptance by the participant or sponsoring organisation.
Programme fees, cohort dates, and cancellation terms are governed by the offer letter and enrolment agreement in force at the time of admission.
5. Corporate engagements
Custom corporate programmes are governed by a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict, the executed contract prevails over these general terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, text, images, video, curriculum frameworks, and marks, is owned by or licensed to Oxford SBM. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
7. Third-party content and links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Oxford SBM does not endorse and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Oxford SBM does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxford SBM's total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you have paid to Oxford SBM in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
