He is a member of Charted Institute of Administration and Association of National Accountants(ANAN). He is the Chief Operating Officer of Oxford School of Business and Management

Sajimi has extensive hands-on experience across industries as diverse as construction, Academia and Consultancy. He has over 15 years cognate experience in administrative, accounting, control and researching. He is an inspirational speaker with great capacity to connect with diverse audience. A proficient teacher and mentor. Over the years, Sajimi has worked both home and abroad, helping individuals and organizations to bridge results gaps taking them from ‘what is’ to ‘what should be’ in the areas of human performance. His clients include Financial Institutions, Government Agencies, Non-Governmental organizations, Private organizations and in countries like UAE, Ghana etc. Sajimi convenes and speak at periodic training and development programs that bridge the capacity and gaps of employees.

He also designs and develops both instructor-led and e-Learning solutions for adult learners for an organization like African Business School Abuja, University Of Abuja CDL, Federal Polytechnic Nassarawa, Bureau for Public Service Reforms (BPSR) etc. He is engaged as a faculty member of National Institute for Strategic Studies Kuru, Jos, Global Distance Learning Institute, Abuja.  He was the Programme Manager/ Senior Lecturer with Stratford College of Business and Management, a registered UK learner provider and an accredited Centre of ATHE; an Ofqual (Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation) regulated awarding body. He is still a visiting lecturer to the institution till date. He is a Certified Trainer with the Centre for Management Development.
